Post COnviction Relief

For individuals who are currently incarcerated or are living with a criminal conviction, Mr. Gitlen is a noted expert in the area of post-conviction relief. While the director of the American Bar Association’s Clemency Representation Project, Mr. Gitlen achieved one of the highest rates of success, securing early release for eleven federal prisoners. Mr. Gitlen also understands the challenges returning citizens experience through social stigma and discrimination via collateral consequences.



Civil and Criminal Appeals

If you have lost your case, there may be grounds for appeal. Mr. Gitlen can review your case and evaluate whether grounds exists for appeal. Mr. Gitlen is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, and Ninth Circuits. Personal Injury
